Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Outdoor Buddy LLC, we strive to provide the best experience for our customers. To ensure smooth scheduling and operations, we have established the following refund and cancellation policy:

  1. Payment & Booking

    1. Full payment is required to secure your reservation.

  2. Cancellations & Refunds

    1. Cancellations made at least 14 days (2 weeks) before the scheduled date will receive a full refund.

    2. Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled date will receive a 50% refund.

    3. Special Circumstances: In certain cases, Outdoor Buddy LLC may offer a refund greater than 50% for cancellations made within the two-week period. These exceptions are at the sole discretion of the company.

  3. ​Rescheduling

    1. If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate you, but availability is not guaranteed.

  4. No-Show Policy

    1. If you do not show up for your scheduled booking without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
